My professional career Self-employed consultant (2001 - now) - I have been a self-employed consultant since January 2001. I have since then been cooperating with a limited number of companies and consultancy networks which allow me to work on complex topics for large companies. Founder and managing director conadeo Management Consultants (2014 - now) - In 2014, together with colleagues, I founded conadeo Management Consultant GmbH , a consulting boutique with high-caliber consultants. CSC Index (1994 - 2001) - I was employed as principal for the consulting firm CSC Index - the management consulting subsidiary of the American computer services company CSC, and the originator of the concept of “business reengineering” -, in order to develop and build up the German operations. I was appointed in 1998 Managing Director Germany and a member of the European executive committee of the company, responsible for more than 40 consultants and office workers. The Boston Consulting Group (1990 - 1994) - My career as consultant started at The Boston Consulting Group in Paris where I quickly specialised in change management projects. I moved in 1992 to the Munich BCG office. Other experiences - Before my consulting career I worked as a programmer and project manager for the company Cap Gemini from 1986 to 1989, where I completed intensive training in project management which I also put into practice for my consulting projects. My international experience International projects - My work took me to many countries and different cultural groups. I led projects in France and Germany, however also in Great Britain, the US, Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and Switzerland. Intercultural coaching - The majority of my projects has a strongly international background and I am trained in intercultural coaching. Languages - I am fluent in French, English and German.
